Update last modified date on page

In looking at https://github.com/newrelic/docs-website/releases/tag/release-09.09.2021-12.38 , it looks like AWS Metric Streams was updated from being FedRAMP Moderate supported feature to not being supported. It's valuable to know when this page was updated so that we can review supported/unsupported functionality and adjust as needed.
