Re-publish the EKS Fargate beta docs

Here are the changes to check for this re-publishing of the EKS Fargate docs:

• In the left navigation pane, you should see an entry for EKS Fargate. You can check this by loading this page: /docs/integrations/kubernetes-integration/installation/install-fargate-integration
• In the compatibility doc, you should see "or Fargate" in the main table: /docs/integrations/kubernetes-integration/get-started/kubernetes-integration-compatibility-requirements/
• In the installation overview, you should see a new collapser (2nd one) for EKS Fargate with a link to the new Fargate page: /docs/integrations/kubernetes-integration/installation/kubernetes-integration-install-configure/
• A new beta doc for EKS Fargate: /docs/integrations/kubernetes-integration/installation/install-fargate-integration/ (NOTE: This doc has been reviewed by SMEs and a writer, so please just scan it to make sure it's working now that we're restored it).
