Standard practice on docs site has been to xref as "this [Explorers Hub post](link)" which makes it more clear where you are sending our dear readers. For example, see https://docs.newrelic.com/docs/accounts/accounts-billing/account-structure/factors-affecting-access-features-data/#account-access and https://docs.newrelic.com/docs/style-guide/writing-guidelines/hyperlinks/#hyperlinks-linktext
