Since CentOS 5 is no longer supported, RHEL 5 needs to be removed from the list of supported OSs. RHEL and CentOS supported versions have to be in synch.
Use past tense for events that happened in the past.

PHP agent compatibility and requirements update
When CentOS 5 End of Service Life (EoSL) was announced, the same announcement should be made about Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 5. This PR fixes this inconsistency.
