If configuration file can not be found, the message shown point to use wrong NEW_RELIC_NO_CONFIG instead NEW_RELIC_NO_CONFIG_FILE environment variable
Change NEW_RELIC_NO_CONFIG to NEW_RELIC_NO_CONFIG_FILE
