We should deprecate the "license score" configuration in the SCIO project settings that was introduced in:

Deprecating could mean removing it from the UI and issuing a warning if this is seen.

Why? License detection has improved and evolved massively since, and the license score is much less significant now that we have "license detection" objets.

Agreed that we should deprecate this license score filter, especially since it is otherwise confusing "noise" in the scancode-config.yml file.
