Bookmark Details UI Broken on Mobile

Describe the bug
The "Content Pending" lefthand sidebar is overlapping the main app content on mobile and smaller screen sizes, and can't be closed/hidden. This is making the bookmark details form unusable.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Bookmarks on mobile device (or use browser dev tools, manually change window size, etc.)
2. Click on a bookmark's menu and choose "Details"
3. See error

Expected behavior
The "Content Pending" lefthand sidebar should not overlap and block the main page content.

Also tested on ios w/ Brave browser and confirmed issue present there as well
