Discussion - System Tags support for the Bookmarks app

Related to larger discussion about adding System tags support to all Nextcloud applications: Bookmarks, Notes, Polls, etc. I did not see a previous post on this. Most interesting aspect of this imho would be adding workflow support and automation to bookmark urls via system tags.

I will probably not use all APIs for integrating the system tags, because this would slow down the app a lot, IMHO. However, I can definitely integrate available system tags into the tag list.
