Different languages for recipes

Hey there,

as the title says, an option to switch the language of a given recipe would be nice.
A lot of recipes online are in English, and if you want to share the recipe that you imported into your NC cookbook with someone that's not that proficient in English then the only option is to create the same recipe again, but in a different language.

I'm not talking auto translation but an option to get a side by side view to translate a recipe to one or maybe two different languages yourself and a button to switch the display language.

Workaround now, as mentioned above, is to create a new recipe in a different language but that clutters the cookbook with copies of recipes.

This one is related to #340. Currently, there are a few things to address:

• allow to store different variants of the recipe. This needs to be cleared before anything can be implemented
• check if there are any other issues that might be affected. Ability to version recipes  #364
• Also the ingredient handling might be off interest. Especially when the units are extracted Enhancement: Recalculate ingredient quantity (e.g. double it) #116
• create a UI update to allow switching the recipe languages plus singing fallbacks or order of precedence
• create UI to alter the recipe translations manually
