Automatic translation of recipes

Allow automatically translate recipes to reach wider audience
I write, collect recipes in Hungarian. I want to have them translated automatically to English and check them before share. In that way, I can use an automatic translation service (google translate, bing, deepl....) and then check the translation by myself.

This is a feature request as the the interface already translated very well
If everyone write recipes in native language, and when happy with it, translate to a common language, we can share recipes.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add to settings:

• add language

Add to recipe screen:

• dropdown with select language
• button to translate recipe to ..... with [app]
• button to copy recipe to language ..... and then the user can translate it manually

When user switch to new language and directory /RecipeDir_LANGUAGE_CODE not exists, it's created.

Nice to have
Show not yet translated recipes in the current selected language: show all recipes but gray out what is in exists only in a different language

This one is related to #340. Currently, there are a few things to address:

It has to be checked if and how automatic translations might be generated. 3rd party service? Google as fallback?

Apart from that, first #847 must be solved to store the recipe successfully.
