Clicking away from a newly added tile should save it.

Add the capability to have the tile saved when the user clicks away from the tile header/name
i.e. you have to press [enter] key to have the tile saved.

current behavior is clicking away makes the text disappear until you click on the plus sign to add another tile.
The text is still there from before you clicked away.

I would argue that skipping out of the input field should not trigger a save action, instead we should just keep the input visible until the user either aborts the creation or saves it.

This also sounds like a good approach. Keeping it up visable would be great as well.
