Updating the desktop app again requires a reboot despite choosing options to not require it. When I said "close applications" (just Windows Explorer) and finished the update, I hit "Launch Nextcloud" and the setup dialog then says "You must restart your computer for the configuration changes made to Nextcloud to take effect."
This did not happen when I updated to 3.9.0. No open issues exist for this, and the closed issues are the first batch of (some duplicate) issues on the basics of "unexpected restarts" (fixed) and "please don't restart" (closed, not fixed).
Steps to reproduce
Allow nextcloud to auto-update (to 3.9.1) when prompted.
Expected behavior
No reboot required when "problem" applications are closed.
