[Bug]: locked file during edit locally cannot be unlocked

Bug description

If you decide to edit locally a ".md" file, the file will be locked and a local editor will be started with the file.
There is no way to then unlock the file from the desktop client.

Steps to reproduce

1. Use web UI to edit locally a ".md" file
2. Wait for the notification that the file has been locked
3. Wait for the file to be opened in a local editor.
4. Do whatever in the editor, save and close.
5. Changes are synced back to the server
6. File is locked and context menu do not offer the option to unlock the file.

Expected behavior

The context menu allows to unlock the file.
