This patch adds a separate source package for the Debian oldstable distribution.

Currently the two stable distributions are Debian 9 and 10, and due to some differences in the set of available packages, the same source package cannot be used for both. Therefore two packages are created and uploaded to different repositories in the OpenSUSE Build Server.

@duub no, this commit will fix the build in the Debian repo at the openSUSE build service: https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/ivaradi:/beta/Debian_9.0/

This is the recommended repo to use for Debian 9.

In the download page links to the other site: https://nextcloud.com/install/#install-clients

You can already find Nextcloud Desktop client packages included in openSUSE Tumbleweed, Arch Linux and Fedora. You can find Ubuntu/Debian packages in this PPA
