Poll Template

As mentioned in #245 re-usage of polls would be a nice feature. But I think a poll template would be a favorable solution over resetting a poll for re-occuring polls, as it would allow multiple active polls.

I associate resetting a poll with restarting an invalid poll.

I think about a possibility to copy an existing poll and use it as a template with resetting it before editing.
