Allow participants to add options

Please add a feature that allows participants to add options to polls.

Editing a poll (this includes adding options) is limited to the owner and admins. Giving users the right of editing a poll would break the concept. So we need to add an option to the create functions to ask the owner, if wants to permit it. At least we need inline editing of a poll.

So, no plan in the near future for that. Will keep this in the backlog for now. Maybe a feature for a Release after 1.0.

If a user wants a new option he can add a comment for the owner.

Adding more options is not in the spritit of this poll. It raises complexity and has a limited value, because the owner can be asked to add new options if neccesary. Closed.

I've just installed the polls app, and am sad to see this isn't an option. I'll have to uninstall and look for another solution, it's a shame I can't do all this within Nextcloud.
