Upgrading from 13.0.6.1 to 14.0.3 fails with Call to undefined method GuzzleHttp\Client::request()

Steps to reproduce

Install an update. I've installed many updates before, but this one is different apparently.

Expected behaviour

When installing an update, it should succeed.

Actual behaviour

An error is produced: Call to undefined method GuzzleHttp\Client::request(). See full stack trace below.
