This PR refactors the deprecated method
OC\Server::getCommentsManagerand replaces it withOC\Server::get(\OCP\Comments\ICommentsManager::class)throughout the entire NC codebase (excluding./appsand./3rdparty).Additionally, where necessary, the
\OCP\Comments\ICommentsManagerclass is imported via theusedirective.
