This PR refactors the deprecated method
OC\Server::getLockingProviderand replaces it withOC\Server::get(\OCP\Lock\ILockingProvider::class)throughout the entire NC codebase (excluding./appsand./3rdparty).Additionally, where necessary, the
OCP\Lock\ILockingProviderclass is imported via theusedirective.
