More disturbing notifications for calls - they are important

We already have a group chat notification option for all messages, we should have an option for calls too.

Sorry for the vague description. I was referring to the option which permits a group chat notifications to be shown for every message, just like in one to one messages.
Group audio/video calls do not have a similar option.
It would be handy to implement it for calls too as a toggle option (not default), because there can be groups that require faster interactivity.

Calls always trigger a notification so far and we think that is the way it should be

The option should be for persistent call notifications, ie the full screen 'incoming call' screen. I believe that was the first implementation for group calls too. Now we have the notification that, if tapped, triggers the incoming call screen (which is good for most cases since the first version created needless interruptions). So the idea is to have a toggle in the group call settings that would show the incoming call *directly* for that specific group call, not the one time notification which can be missed.

This is an interesting idea.
However, I'm not sure if this should be a client side or server side feature.

At the moment if the browser is minimized, there is no way to notice that somebody is sending a message or trying to initiate a call, making the app kind of useless in those cases.

Wouldn't a simple ringtone in an HTML5 audio tag do the job?
