Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a new vacation request table
  2. Create a vacation request in the vacation request view
  3. Exit the vacation request view
  4. Re-enter the vacation request view

Expected behavior

  1. The pending vacation request should be there

Actual behavior

  1. The pending vacation request is not there
  2. If you remove the creator filter the view is corrected populated
