( Ok, I read this and my issue is close, but I think the server core works in this case)
Steps to reproduce
Complete a previously (perfectly ;-)) synced repeating task in Thunderbird (Task was due in the past and next due date in Thunderbird is also in the past - not very important I think but now it is made clear)
Sync it (Press synchronize in Thunderbird)
Compare the due date of the task in nextcloud tasks with the due date of Thunderbird and see the nextcloud due date hasn't changed.
Export the calendar of the Task to an ics file in nextcloud
Import the ics file into a calendar in a local (not network) calendar inThunderbird
Compare the due dates of the network calendar with the recently imported task (They are the same - That means nextcloud has received the change, but the Tasks app does not show them - I guess)
Expected behaviour
The due date update after the sync is shown in the UI
Actual behaviour
Due date stays on previous value
Server configuration
Operating system: Linux Mint 18
Web server: apache (Nextcloud docker image 15.0.4)
