Hi,
One of my processes can not be resumed although all input hashes are identical. The TaskProcessor hash is different. I have removed all variables as much as I can (projectDir -> processRun.projectdir). Another process that uses "task.process" in VERSIONS.yml is resumable. I can not get rid of "read" of course, and its value is identical between both runs based on the hash.
Once it runs as FASTQC (4), once at FASTQC (76), but AFAIU nextflow execution is parallelised and unordered and should not affect the hash (I see this with a different process of this workflow which is also ordered differently at each execution but is resumable) and I actually tried it also with a sorted input channel (but the sorting did not seem to help the execution order).
What makes this process not resumable?
Thank you very much,
ido
