Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is. Is this consistently reproducible?

Upgrade from 4.0.0 to 4.1.0 lost all statistics including Lifetime Statistics. Not sure if this is intended or not. This was a docker container where I just bumped the image version if that has any bearing which I assume it doesn't. The messages are still there to be clear.

@jonbartels solution would be very useful. It would make deployments to AWS ECS easier to upgrade.
