Would it be possible to load the layers in the MultiQML window with the same group structure shown in the Layers window?

Well, is this really needed? Won't it somewhat complicate the process of selecting multiple layers for applying a style and we will have to deal with groups too.

Well, maybe a checkbox to show in groups or list then.

I have a project where I have hundreds of vector layers. From those, I
select 50 and put them in a separate group. Now I want to apply the same
style to these 50 only. When I load MultiQML I get a list with the 300
vector layers and now I have to pick the 50 again from the list. If they
were shown in groups, I could then select the 50 easily from the group
tree. Does it make sense?

Thanks!!
