Summary
Allow different cron jobs depending on Nextcloud job class.
It is mandatory for MagentaCLOUD to handle Background jobs in performant way.
Patch from nextcloud#30359
The backport is needed because there is an extension of the job system somewhen after V25
that requires a different patch for the functionality.
