UDP frequency setting messages are sent in between each pulse for both active and passive TCU nodes.
This means that changing frequencies between experiments will result in distorted results as the passive receivers take some time (~65ms) to change.
It's recommended to run a short 'dummy' experiment to change passive frequencies before an actual experiment.
Due to this time delay for the passives, constant frequency values should be used for both bands for the entire experiment.
Verified during October pretrials at IMT via RF loopback.
