Description of feature

nf-core download is very helpful, but only supports downloading singularity images via HTTP

Singularity also supports pulling SIF images hosted on an OCI registry using the oras:// prefix:

https://docs.sylabs.io/guides/3.5/user-guide/cli/singularity_pull.html

I'm not sure how feasible downloading these images would be, because it probably requires singularity to download the image. #1320 is possibly related.
