Minimal test dataset

Much like #4 but this dataset has to be uploaded to nf-core/test-datasets so we can use GitHub Actions CI to perform an end-to-end test of the pipeline for all PRs.

Maybe we can use some of the data @thanhleviet added here for now and then refine as required:

We are working on this, we are going to upload some data using SISPA from Wisconsin and some data from an amplicon experiment.
