This continues and concludes the work started in #24:

  • Create a vocabulary-template repository voc4cat-template that can be used to create vocabulary repositories.
  • Create a voc4cat-playground to test the workflow based on the template.
  • Create a core repository voc4cat for the "real" vocabularies built in NFDI4Cat.
  • Rename this repository from heterogen-synth to voc4cat-tool
    • gitlab will create a redirect from old to new location so that links will continue to work
