The html is similar to what pylode2 generates. The same styles are used.
The added pytest-plugin "pytest-subprocess" is used to mock calling git with subprocess.

When the command
voc4cat docsis run in CI, anindex.htmlwith all vocabularies and versions is created inoutdir(only for pyLODE docs which is the default style). The index-file will be placed at the root of gh-pages if the nfdi4cat/voc4cat-template is used as basis for the vocabulary repository.Closes #153
