• couchdb engine
• collections nodes (couchdb + psql)
• service-discovery (couchdb + psql)
• node options (pubsub#node_type, pubsub#collection, ...)
• getItems returning only the last one
• subscription options (psql + couchdb)
• set affiliations + unit tests
• get affiliations (node)

TODO:

• request all items: return some items (XMPP 0060 6.5.4 Returning Some Items)
• unit tests:
  • test getSubscriptions of collection nodes
  • test publishing item in a leaf node, when subscribing a collection node
