Bug description:

datepicker - outsideDays='collapsed' not collapsing empty space

Version of Angular, ng-bootstrap, and Bootstrap:

Angular:2.0.0

ng-bootstrap: 1.0.0-alpha.20

Bootstrap:4.0.0-alpha.6

Looks like it got broken when moved to flexbox. CSS classes are still set, but do nothing as rules don't match anymore
