Bug description:

The Datepicker component's month/year dropdowns get cut off on the bottom on Firefox (60.0.1).
I do not see this issue on Chrome, Opera, IE, or Edge.

Angular: 5.2.11

ng-bootstrap: 1.1.2

Bootstrap: 4.1.1
