Expected behaviour

Tagging without dropdown should accept spaces just like how tagging with dropdown accepts spaces in the tag text. Ideally, I think there should be an input to control whether or not the spaces should be accepted.

Actual behaviour

Tagging without dropdown ignores spaces.

ng-select version: 2.3.3

browser: Google Chrome 67.0.3396.99 (Official Build) (64-bit)

reproducible in demo page: YES (see last item of Tags)
