Scale currently relies on the mesos config
echo "MESOS_DOCKER=nvidia-docker" >> /opt/mesosphere/etc/mesos-slave-common
scale should be updated to use the docker run --runtime=nvidia command.

This will prevent having to manually config each GPU node in the future as well.
