Bulk Dataset Member Creation

Pain Point? Please describe.
Currently Dataset Members can only be created one at a time and the user needs to construct a data object for each member.

Desired Solution
It would be helpful to be able to easily select a bunch of files and create all of the members at once. Perhaps allow for giving a date range and a dataset and constructing data objects behind the scenes based on the schema in the dataset.

Alternative / Workaround
Copy/paste a data object json multiple times and replace the file ids with the correct values.
