This PR adds a build argument and an associated environment variable to the Dockerfile whose intent are to store nginx-proxy's version. This environment variable is in turn used to display nginx-proxy's version at startup and on the generated nginx configuration.
The current version is retrieved and injected to the image built and pushed by the CI pretty much in the same way as in nginx-proxy/docker-gen and nginx-proxy/acme-companion.
