fix: update crossplane version to use the latest parsing logic for NGINX config files

Related to this PR from the nginx-go-crossplane repo, which fixes the parsing logic for NGINX config files.

• Update the agent to use the latest version v.0.4.24 tagged in https://github.com/nginxinc/nginx-go-crossplane
• Update .mod files for sdk and the root directory, and re-vendored the changes
