Hello, I would like to ask you if there is possible to add a download/upload 
limiter to the newer versions? There is no such an app. I need to limit my 
tablet‘s net speed, it lags the lan totally when I upload something on the 
internet, blocking connection by a classic firewall is not a solution. For 
windows there is an app called NetLimiter, working like a firewall as well.
