  • Use parallel builds to support Angular v8
  • Publish as separate NPM package, for example @ngworker/lumberjack-view-engine?

Only one compiler flag needs to be turned off for v8 support. Something with closure compiler annotations. Depends on whether we can downgrade to TypeScript 3.4 in at least the app and e2e CI jobs. Manual verification of e2e-schematics.
