When the end time is 00:00, Although it is a schedule within a day, it is displayed as a all-day schedule #641

Describe the bug

When create schedule (start: 2020-06-24 23:00 ~ end: 2020-06-25 00:00), The schedule is displayed all-day schedule.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. on Monthly view
  2. create schedule
    start: 2020-06-24 23:00, end: 2020-06-25 00:00
  3. an all-day schedule was created.

Expected behavior

It is not an all-day schedule
