There is a very generic contribution section in the readme (copied from jekyll), but the CONTRIBUTING.md does not go anywhere!

Have just been looking into a best practice CONTRIBUTING.md file across a few other repos, however, seems like the existing 'contributing' section in the readme seems fairly concise given the context - Might do the trick vs. needing a CONTRIBUTING.md?
