Adding a custom weekly repeated task shifts the days by one

Adding a new task into any day with the custom weekly repetition shifts the days by one. For example a repetition of Mon->Thurs shifts the days by one resulting in Tues->Fri. The same is true when the starting repetition is created on any day ie Tues->Friday results in Wed->Saturday.

When I checked this, I was not able to replicate bug. But maybe I am missing some step.
