use custom domain to upload plants

- text in the settings is now saved when the settings exit
- fix: Settings string set now does not contain empty string
- refactor to new class: downloadable and uploadable na ovoce api
- plant saves url to server which it was published to
- three new error messages for login/signup to na-ovoce
- use https as default custom domain
- implement upload to custom na-ovoce server
