Quite often glogg seems to display an older cached version of the file. This is on Fedora 23. My repro steps have been:

  1. Open log file (usually I have it open in the background indefinitely)
  2. After some time note that the file does not seem to be properly updating in glogg
  3. Try refreshing file - still showing old contents
  4. Try deleting entire log file from disk, glogg contents window turns blank as expected
  5. Observe that the next time the file is generated glogg shows contents again, but the old contents with old timestamps (gedit opens file fine).

This is interesting as it is the first time I hear of such an issue on Linux.

Which command/app is generating the file? Is it on a local filesystem? Can you tell me how I can reproduce the problem?

Might be fixed with #151 or with 84a8a91
