Feature Request:: Read glogg.ini from EXE Path if present for Portable Mode

If glogg.ini is present in the same path as the EXE - then it would be nice for glogg to use this for a "Portable Mode".
If glogg.ini is not present in the application folder - then it can continue to use the INI from %APPDATA% as current.

Is it enough to make a "portable mode"?

If it works on wherever we put it using only the glogg folder with ini/exe files I think it should be enough. Also it looks like the Windows binaries are outdated. Can you please update the versions provided in the website? (if this one works, I will test glogg on 100MB log files and see if it crashes :) )
