Prev broke up chromosomes by adding 1e9 bp --> causes disassoc btwn chrom. Fine conceptually and practically - not the cleanest solution and therefore should be documented prominently somewhere in tutorial

  • Limitations section? or workaround section?

Standard in other IBD programs (i.e. paneljudge), can just note it in details
