Playing should show the default command

If you look at dynobot, it has "Playing dyno.gg | ?help so users know where to start.

Modbot should do the same and set the "Playing" to whatever the current prefix is, for example:

Playing ~help

The game status Playing|Streaming|Listening {} is a global discord setting.
So, only the default prefix could be displayed there.
Alternatively, users can mention the bot @modbot help without the prefix.
