BiP: High Performance Computing with R workshop

This repository contains course materials from the Biostatistics in Practice "Data Sciences for the Life Sciences in a High Performance Computing Environment" workshop held on 7 February 2014. The workshop was taught at the MGHPCC in Holyoke, MA and was taught by Nicholas Reich, Gregory Matthews, and Andrea Foulkes.
